6. Bonuses & Promotions
Talabat VIP regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. By accepting these bonuses, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement on the original amount applies to use the bonus.
- Wagering Calculation: Only bets placed on Sports Betting with odds of 1.7 or higher will count towards wagering requirements.
- Bonus Validity: Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Otherwise, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts or coordinated betting — will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

- Betting using automated bots or software
- Exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Hacking or attempting a cyber attack
- Threatening or harassing another player
- Operating an account under a false identity
9. Account Closure
Talabat VIP may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Failure to Complete KYC Verification
- If Identified as a Minor
- If you are identified as a resident of a restricted country
Closed by User
You can also close your account at any time. To do so, Help Center Contact support to close your account. Please withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you wish to dispute any decision made by Talabat VIP, please follow the process below:
- Step One: Contact our support team via live chat or email.
- Step Two: If support is unable to resolve your complaint, it will be escalated to Talabat VIP's compliance department.
- Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate it to our licensing authority.

11. Changes to Terms
Talabat VIP may modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
